Default Taking the mirror off

How do you take the [assenger side mirror off of a 01 gt vert? It has the permium sound so there is a speaker on the direct opposite side of the mirror. I am about to take my car into the shop to get a little paint job done on the passenger door and I can save a bunch of money by taking the trim off myself. I got it all off but this and I can't seem to figure out. Any info would be a big help.

the cloth cover pops off, take a small screw driver the the front corner and give it a lil pry, and then the back corner to get it off.

there is one recessed screw holding it on

once that is off you will see the 3 bolts holding the mirrir on
