Default Need some input on 1/4mile times

To start with I know that theres alot of different variables when talking about 1/4mile times just kinda ruff estimate! Ok my car stock is 14.9sec, so if i do the mods listed below what would be a good estimate, good traction and good launch- (5spd manual)

PI head & intake swap-40-50hp gain
BBK CAI10-13hp gain
SLP LM Cat back12-18hp gain
4:10 gears-lots of gain
Lowering 1.75 front/1.5 rear
315 BF drag Radials-traction

Just a few mods to start with, since my avalanche needs some fixing now, kinda gunna wait untill mid summer to do more, but im thinking i could shave a full sec off with these mods for now, some wheres between 13.8sec-14 flat shouldnt be to much to ask for should it? Remember its a 5spd also!

a little exageration with the catback and CAI, with the PI swap alone I thought shaved off almost if not more than a full sec. Im going to say mabey low 13s mabey better with DRs

-Wheres the P.I. Cams? Those will give you a solid 10HP and an improved powerband. And you can get them from any junkyard New Edge Mustang for very cheap.
-The BBK CAI didn't give you that much power...guaranteed
-A Plenum/TB combo will help put that CAI to use.
-You should be able to pull a 14 flat, maybe more with your mods.
-Get rid of the BBK UDP's in your sig and buy some Steeda. BBK's piggyback style of UDP's are notoriously bad for your car.

Forgot to mention above, that yes ill be running the PI cams to, and the HP #s are just numbers the manufacture says thats why i posted them, but none the less, if i start out with the PI intake, heads, cam swap, 4:10s, CAI, catback, with the 315 drag radials on the rear, my clutch being good yet, launching around 3-3200rpms it should pull a 14 flat, and id be happy with that to start with, then start doing a lil more here and there!

And i know the 99-04 PI cars manuals will run around a 14.3-14.5 stock, so the pi swap should be good for a 1/2 sec and then with the drag radials and 4:10s with a couple small bolt ons, the 14 flat mark should come quickly!

PI GT's Have gone as fast as 13.7-13.8 bones stock but the average seems to be 13.9-14.2.

I'd say the biggest things that are going to determine your time are skill and track prep. With that said, I'd guess with the D/R low 13's

Also you need to cut your hp estimates in half except for the PI swap.

Well the hp numbers are just what im finding on like rpmoutlet.com and americanmuscle, im buying everything from americanmuscle.com, i been racing at the track for 5 years no and lots of different cars, so just trying to get some estimates because im getting really excited lol for spring!I hope its in the mid to low 13s thats a quick street car for a daily driver, headers and x-pipe and cams will have to wait, but maybe i can hit high 12s before this year is over, then next year supercharger!
