I prefer Gates or Napa belts.

Napa brand is a gates belt plus there's a dealers list at gates site. I also think jegs sells them.

Gates is a lot better than gatorback imho.

Everywhere there's a little groove is a section that's not touching the pulley. They're designed to eliminate noise not provide the best grip., Go around the net and do some searching and you'll see Gates is the preferred belt among most cars utilizing a supercharger.

I have had tried Gatorback. Gates. Gates Green Stripe, Napa (which is gates), and Dayco Poly Cog. Gates regular, grips the best and besides the Green Stripe last the longest. The Gates Green Stripe is an industrial belt used in fleet vehicles, even though it lasts a long time it has a stiff backing which doesn't seem to go around small circumference as well, like small SC pulleys. Since the regular Gates seems to grip a little better and last almost as long so I prefer it.

Don't get me wrong the Gatorback is not crap, and is fine for anything NA, and cheap to buy at summit. I just feel it's not the best for a SCed car.

For me
Gates or Napa>Gates Green Stripe>Gatorback>Dayco Poly Cog.
