Default Jacking the car without bending sheet metal?

Just wondering...what r some techniques u guys use to jack up the jar without bending the sheet metal

btw i use a floor jack and the point is too big to use the designated jack point for the little jack that comes with the car

lets see..It depends on what im doing to the car. Sometimes i jack it up by the pinch welds, which tend to bend a little bit or the frame which does not bend. And i jack the back up by the diff.

front i use the k member

rear i use the diff

i try to avoid using jack stands on the rocker panels as well, the can dmg the moldings or ur break lines.

anything that supports the weight of the car as its job, is a safe bet.
