Instrument Panel, new gauges

Full autometer dash vs factory gauges
I was looking at getting rid of my stock gauge panel and put in an autometer panel. Tach, Speedo, Fuel, Temp, Oil, Volt. Has anyone done this to their stang?
I am curious because my speedo keeps messing up, and I like to know what my car is actually doing, rather than the dummy gauges that are in it right now.I know the gauges come with sending units, and have installed them in older noncomputer cars.
Would these aftermarket effect anything else on my car if I were to swap all of this out in place of the original cluster?

so I am taking it that I should just buy this cluster, install it and hope that my cruise control will work and the computer will stay happy if I disconnect all of the sensors that pertain to the oil pressure, water, fuel, and volt. and run the speedo straight from the trans.
