Yeah I need emissions soon. I'm going to school up at Harrisburg next year but I'm about 2 hours from there now. If I don't go up there now then definately later. I will try to get emissions done at my work maybe they'll let me slide a little bit.

Anyways, this is the first time I've heard that you need MIL's to pass inspection. I have home made ones one there and they didn't work. But I have them off with a sniper tuner.

I just got my Louisiana inspection sticker renewed this week. I have the o2 sensors turned off with the predator and I had no problems when they plugged it into the computer.

I live in CT and just had mine done 3 weeks ago. I have no cats and a mongoose tune from MPH. I did go to a garage where I am "friendly" with the owner. There are no more state locations to go to in CT, just shops that get certified from the state.
I was also concerned that I woudlnt pass. Fed law states that cars with OBD2 have to show 14 parameters from the ECM. This way shops, not just the dealer can look at what the engine is doing. I only had 2 parameters showing on the test. I passed!!! They did not look under the car. If they have a reason to put it on the rollers, they might look. I took my Dakota the next week and they didnt look at that, which is legal, so I dont think they are checking for cats. If you have a CEL, or MIL on the dash it will fail. The state is using your computer to moniter the status of how your car is. They think that if you have a MIL, that your car is telling you that something is wrong and they fail you.
Not sure where you live in CT, but if you have trouble I can steer you toward the garge I went to. As long as no MIL is on, you should pass in my opinion.

I just thought if your CEL is off (whether with MIL eliminators Or a tune) you would pass the computer part of inspection.

Did you drive your car 5000 miles or less this year? If so you get an emissions exemption in PA. No emissions inspection at all. They just do the safety inspection and you are good to go.

I have no MIL elims. All I did after putting my O/R x-pipe on was use the predator tune to disable the rear O2.
