Default low speed miss

My car seems to have a miss at idle every now and then or when cruising in 5th gear at 40-45 mph I can feel it but its every now and then. What could be my problem? Mods in signature.

just a visual inspection first, if you see a crack in the top of the coil pack, look no further thats likely ur cause
