mustan saleen 120k tune up?

one question is i dont know why the supercharger doesnt wine, ive seen plenty of saleens wine thu, is it becuse a smaller pullie? or will a cold air intake help?>>

cold air intake, exhaust, smaller pulley, all those will make it whine a little bit more, and make more power

well i dont wanna add a smaller pullie becuse i dont wanan get a dyno tune, already have exhuste, so cold air intake that would really make it wine alot more? it doensn't wine at all now
