Default Do plenums and TBs give you an ok gain?

Has anyone actually dynoed their car to see what kind of gain you get from a plenum and TB combo?

Also is this plenum worth it?

They are almost half of what a C&L is

No big gains just more of a better throttle response

i "personally" would recommend accufab, c&l, and even trick flow.......most people on here will tell you to stay away from GMS & pro products.....the trick flow is a decent product for the price

Until your intake system is maxed out to its potential all this does is make it "feel cool" when you hit the pedal. Would go accufab or BBK though if I did.

Whats the restrictive area?

Heads? intake?

Is there a more free flowing intake out there that will help? That wont break the bank
