A few of those kinda sounded like it was missing a little bit but it was pretty hard to hear it clearly. I would try the spark plugs and wires first and see if that does it.

Has it been running rich at all? Smell like gas or rotten eggs at all after you drive it?

I have a K&N Air Filter and I probably cleaned it 6 months ago, fuel filter I have no idea I haven't replaced it ever, and I bought the car in Jan 07.

It sounds fine when it's idling, I'm not an expert what would misfiring sound like?

Nope doesn't smell like its running rich, at least I haven't noticed a change in smells.

Like I said this just started today, its so weird. what sucks is I'm a little pressed for time, i leave for the Air Force on May 26th and won't be back til October.

the car will have a bucking feel to it at higher rpm's, mine did this when i had my engine sprayed down had to replace 4 cop's. sometimes if real bad the service engine soon light will blink a few times not stay on completely.

Update..

The SES light came on this morning and its really beginning to run rough. So whats my best course of action? I don't have a code reader to figure out whats wrong, does anyone know if I goto Autozone or Kragen if i can have them check or even rent one. If not how expensive are they, or should I just take it up to the dealership? (Not sure if it will make it up there or not).

Thanks Andrew.

Probably a misfire...caused by a bad COP and/or plug. Go to autozone and get it scanned for free and lemme kno what the code is.
