Unhappy performance problem need help

I have a 2001 GT (Auto)

The first problem: engine would stay keep running unless I kept my foot on the gas. I then cleaned the ICV, that fixed the problem.

Soon after that my GT started to studder/running ruff between 35-50 MPH
What I have done is:

had the fuel system cleaned and changed the fuel filter

last change the plugs and replaced with bosch platinum plugs

The performance seams to improved some but it stll studders, but not as it was before.

I was told to try Seaform, but no one has heard anything about the product.

Any suggestions
Thanks

Seafoam cleans out carbon deposits in you engine, great product but will not solve your problem. Sounds like you may have a misfire, check coils and cam/crank sensor circuits, also TPS and MAF circtuits.
