Default 03/04 cobra s/c swap to n/a gt?

Im looking at buying a mustang but trying to decide what to get. i have a heavily modded supercharged grand prix so im familiar with superchargers. Im looking at getting an 03/04 cobra, but wondering if i can put that superchrager on an 03 or 04 gt? or would it be better just to get the cobra?

any friendly advice would be greatly appreciated

there are a lot of threads about this on the forums, try using the search. I think the general consensus is that it really isnt worth it. that if your going to go ahead and do that, just get the cobra, or go with a better supercharger setup than the eaton.

Yes get an 03/04 and don't waste your money on a GT like the guy above said. I think "waste" is truely the correct word here....Even if you supercharge your GT which is like the best mod you could ever do, you'll be at the stock power level of a termi

well let slook at some numbers. STOCK 03/04 $20,000 give or take (cobra) anywhere from 360 to even 380whp.

Stock 99-01 $6000. Blower $4000, Cams $600 (unecessary) valve springs $150Intercooler $500 (ebay ftw) Injectors $350 Fuel pump(s) $200 (less really but for example. Maf~ $200. now has 400-440whp keeping it safe for Right around $12,000.

Throw in a built bottom end ~$2000 throw in a stage 3 port intake and heads ~$2500 (random numbers) even another $1000 say he wants to upgrade to a DS1C headunit.
$17,500 or so for a built 2v making 600+whp. If you want that with a termi you gotta swap the blower, running into more money, no eaton is doing that, you also have to start replacing the Fuel system and MAF before you get into the 600+ territory. I've said it once and i've said it again there sick but TERMINATORS ARE OVERATED! I say buy a 96-01 Cobra based on how much you have or a 2v New Edge, good luck.

I like your faith in the "little guy" but beating a cobra in a GT would put a big smile on my face.
