Default S197 wheels on a new edge...

I know they fit, but I hear you need spacers, any one know what size spacers? Spacers just in the rear yes? I has spacers already, I am hoping they will work without needing new spacers. I got in a fight with a curb and the curb won, now I needs new wheels.

This depends on the width of the wheels. I have seen 17"x8" S197 wheels on an SN95, but wheels were VERY inset. You can run spacers, but I don't recommend them to be over 1/2" wide myself. Even then, I recommend you install longer/stronger studs to support the wheel. I am NOT a fan of the spacers with a set of their own bolts.

PS. Why do you want S197 wheels? Do you have a good deal lined up?

I would recommend you spend an extra $300 and just get wheels that fit properly. Spacers introduce issues that are not worth the savings, IMO.

I already have spacers, they were on the car when I bought it, makes the wheels fit better in the back, instead of wider wheels/tires, why they didnt just get wider wheels since they are aftermarket rims i havent the foggiest, originally i was going to get 18" black 03/04 cobras, but being i am not keeping the car for very long I am looking for the cheapest rout possible while not sacraficing style to make for an easier sale.

No I am still very much an OTard, I have been extremely busy lately with 2 jobs and trying to get the house done. Dam NoOb. lol

Most of the stock wheel set's I have seen have been 16's, I dont want to go down in size. Up to 18's or same size, but not down, I did think however of getting some cool 13" golt wire Daytons, wit sum 7" spacers ta kick dem wheels out wide yo!

So does anyone actually know what size spacers I need? Cause I got wheels from an 06' GT, Bullit style, and put them on. The rears look "ok" and the fronts look WAY to close! And I get a loud clacking noise when I make a hard right hand turn like something is hitting, so I stay away from hard right hand turns, but I needs to fix asap!

The back-space differential of an SN95 to S197 is approx. 3/4".

You would need a spacer of this thickness to run a 17"x9" S197 Bullit wheel on your ride and not look inset under fenders. Again, I think this is a bad idea and should not make safety second priority to $$$.
