Default A/C Delete

Hi does any one know where I can find the thread some one started on removing the AC completely and using a different belt? Basically im trying to find out what belt he used to substitute the longer stock one thanks!

Why do you want to remove it? I wish I would have just fixed mine instead of removing it.

^ well quite honestly I never use it even in the summer and it seems to have kicked the bucket the clutch keeps engaging and disengaging within less than a second of each function. which causes my RPM's to jump up and down pretty sporadically as soon as i turn it on, happened when I went to recharge my A/C it no freon in it since the new motor was dropped in so idk i figured i cant afford to buy another one might as well get rid of it.

you need a gates k060888, you won't be using the highest right side idler pulley and you will have to loosen the tensioner to get the belt to slip behind it. if my car wasn't at the shop i'd get a picture for you but maybe i'll try and snap one tomorrow.
