Default Converting to DOHC 2003 Aviator 4.6 in my 97GT and need help!!

I just got my engine today. It is a complete 2003 Lincoln Aviator DOHC engine, upper and lower intake, enhaust manifolds, injectors, injector harness and fuel rails. I have a 97 GT and have read many posts about DOHC swaps. So far, I know that I can use my GT computer. Which injectors do I use? Is the aviator intake ok? What about the timing cover? Will any of my accessories bolt onto this timing cover or do I need to get a cobra timing cover of the same year (03). How about the injector rails, can I use the Aviator rails, or do I need to get 03 Cobra rails?

My biggest concern is with the lower intake. I have searched the net and this forum on people swapping them out and some not. I have hears opinions both ways on whether to keep it or not. I do not intend to race the car, just want a stout street performer. Could I just pull the secondary plates in the lower intake and use a 96-98 Cobra upper? Please let me know what I am up for.

Thanks for the advice in advanced.

Phil
