How much fuel pressure should I be running at idle and how much at full throttle?

29-30 at idle and 40-41 at wot.

From viewing all the different GT Mustang forums, most people who own GT Mustangs report that their engines run best with their fuel pressure between 35 psi and 40 psi at idle. AllData has it between 35 psi and 70 psi as shown below. I assume they are talking about at idle and at wot. Good luck, Tommy.

Those are w/o vacuum reading not what he will see if looking at a fuel pressure gauge.

So disconnect the vacuum and set it or adjust with vacuum on? Right now its reading about 32 with vacuum at idle and about 40 with vacuum wot. I have an adjustable BBk Regulator with a gauge built on it. If that helps anyone with info. Thanks

That is fine leave it alone. 40 w/o vacuum at idle is where it should be set.
