Thanks for the suggestions I've re-checked all the lines and it looks good. I also tried hitting the gas a little in case the TB blade wasn't opening properly but still no results.

No I forgot to disconnect the battery (stupid) then remembered when I put the CAI on. I then disconnected it for a couple hours and nothing.

What is the inertia switch this is new to me along with the reset button. If I can't fix it tonight I'm probably going to have to resort to calling the dealership and possibly taking it in as it's my DD and I gotta get to work.

Thanks for all the suggestions so far I'm going to keep at it and hope trying some of the things you all mentioned

FOUND THE PROBLEM: The throttle position sensor somehow was damaged when I removed it from the origional TB. I thought I had fixed it but was curious so I took it off the car and it started just fine. Obviously there is a delayed throttle response without the sensor but at least the problem is now fixed. So for those who end up doing the same bolt on be careful with the TPS or it will bite you in the A$$.

Thanks for all the help from everyone and keeping me honest re-checking everything.

you might want to get a new tps soon, i believe it has alot to do with telling the ecu how much fuel/spark advance to give under certain engine loads.
