What year is your car? Because those heads just appear to be PI heads and if your car is a 99-04, you already have them. So the answer... none

Then yes... you already have these heads. The only other heads Ford made that would increase your HP would be the SVO heads. But with the new Trick flows coming out and with a million people porting stock castings (PI) heads.. I wouldn't bother unless you got a great deal, because you'll have to switch intake manifolds too.

what if i port and polished my heads with a cam could i get an extra 50 to 60 hp

It could probably be something like that... Most cars with ported PI heads, cams and bolt-ons will see around 300rwhp +/- some depend on the port and the cam.
