Front Suspension Problem
#11
yea the front end is bouncy stock. or at least i felt it was. not sure if springs or struts would fix that? i switched to coilovers and it tightend the front end so much, that the rear end feels sloppy.

ok well we took it to my dads friends frame shop today and they ran some tests on the front end and determined it needs new struts and an alignment, so now the question is what kind of struts to get i was looking at these http://store.summitracing.com/partde...5&autoview=sku and was wondering if anybody knows if they are good or not and/or could reccomend some good struts for the mustangs

i've heard KYB's are good. the ones shown in that picture are different tho, but the part number should be good.
the KYB's that you will get will look like the normal struts you have now, except red. QA1 is also good, but tons more expensive, and afaik they only have coilover struts (i have them now).
nother brand is "Strange" 10 way adjustable. if i were going to get new ones, i would get these. they are cheap, and adjustable. not sure if they are cheaper than the KYB's.
just remember! IF you do decide to get adjustables, make sure you 1. read instructions twice over before you install them if your doing it yourself. and 2. adjust them correctly, if set too soft you could risk damage over a long period of time, as well as too tight.
