how to get my 99gt into the low 13s high 12
title says it all how can i get my 99 gt to get into the low 13s high 12s it only has a pypes xpipe an magnaflow cat back when it comes to performance mods so what is the easiest an cheapest way cuz moneys kinda tight lol thanx for all feedbackk

Manual or auto? Gears will also help a lot as well.
