Default SVT Focus pump question

Does that keep a 1/4 tank of gas rule apply if I run a single focus pump in my GT fuel tank for FI?

With less than about 1/4 tank all the fuel will go to the back of the tank on WOT. If you go WOT you can also suck the fuel bucket dry. You can drill holes in the fuel bucket (except for the back) to help prevent this problem.

It is smart not to be "hammering" on the car below 1/4 tank in general. As stated, it is helpful to put some small holes in the basket.

The biggest deal with 1/4 tank or less is with the Cobra pumps and stock GT tank. The Cobra pumps are exposed.....no basket or baffling.

+1 It is a bigger issue with the cobra pumps. I made my own baffle so I can run with less than 1/4 tank of fuel. Even though I can, I never do because I like knowing that the pumps are always submerged in fuel so they stay cooler.
