Not trying to be an ***. But after its all said and done, its gonna cost more then the car itself is worth.

Just finding the Engine and Tranny along could be 10G right off the bat, then your gotta figure in all the harness and ECU etc.

If you want sell the GT and buy a 99-01 Cobra, and slap a KB on it. you"ll have the best of both worlds.

You used to be able to get the engine/tranny, and ecu/harness for like 12k or 13 through Ford Motorsport catalog. Check the Ford dealer and see what's up.

You don't have to have the computer or the harness. IF you are going with a smaller pulley and other supporting mods a tune is necessary anyway.

I see Used 03cobra Tranny's/Motors out of Totaled Mustangs going for like 7k-8k...... Then Im sure you will need Alot more stuff than the Motor/Tranny Combo.. You might be better off Building a 2v and Buying a Blower

There's no reason to use a new ECU and W/H. The stock harness will be fine. You'll just need a tune. When I priced them out I could find a complete engine w/ S/C for less than $7k.

When you're building a car, does it matter what the car itself is really worth? No.
