The kick panel is on the passenger and driver side closest to the door that plastic piece of trim that runs from under the dash to the door. The ECM or ECU is in the kick panel on the passenger side of the car.

If the THEFT light keeps flashing after the car is started, while the car is running there is a problem with the PATS.

well it never flashed before when i had my keys in. so it has to be the pats not letting me crank over. its like theres no fuel like i said. cut off.

i will leave the ecu alone ! i live 10 min from ford i am going in for pats might as well see right?

should i really change the maf on the jlt??? would that really change anything? would the computer see something different and let me crank? if the old maf was bad??

ill check fuel pressure too i guess. which obviously if i have is not a tank problem. there should not be.

so the fpdm is that intertia switch in trunk?? if so well mine seems pressed already.. let me know whats up. im off to ford today if nothing changes..
-D

thanks much too bros
