no, you blew a spark plug
and there a tool to do it, you can buy the tool from ford, or have ford, or a machine shop do it
basically it taps the threadless hole for an insert to go in so the hole is back to normal. its late... and hard to explain when im tired as ****

ya its fixable depending on what damage the plug did. You could be lucky that over time your plug just slowly came out and let loose in its finale or it killed the threads all through. Either way, look towards the time sert kit and look for a good mechanic to do it that knows about that stuff. Other solutions can be to look for used heads/head on ebay and replace that head. Or buy bad a$$ heads and get a kick out of it. Or as it seems like you might enjoy...just buy new motor.

the only reason im thinkin new engine is because of the miles. plus if im going to spend that kind of money on heads vs. getting a new engine with less miles, seems like a no brainer. rather than putting some badass heads on a motor that has 190,000+ miles... or am i wrong?
