Default Windshield wiper arms

I took off both of my windshield wiper arms to paint them black. They are drying, and I have no windshield wipers. It is not going to rain today, but will rain hurt the exposed metallic caps? Electrical-wise.

At least you're painting them black. Thank you for staying tasteful.

use duplicolor trim paint i did mine with it and they came out great. i did not prime . . . i just scuffed with a scotch green scour pad and then wiped them down before painting a few coats
