like gun pig said, just buy one. very cheap and unless your muffler guy has a mandrel pipe bender, its not going to flow as well.

You sound like a relatively new car guy so I'm going to say this.

*in no mean degrading*

Make ABSOLUTELY 100% sure the motor is stone *** mother F-ing COLD when you take the plugs out.

We're talking about sitting overnight, or for several hours so that the cylinder head can cool off.

When putting the plugs back in, make sure they're gapped correctly, but most importantly, torque them to the correct specifications with a torque wrench. If you don't have one, buy one or borrow one from your friend with all the Stangs.

Thanks :-)

Didn't want anyone to undergo a nasty head swap when it could have been prevented.

Nope, no need to take off the fuel rail.

Despite the fact that it looks like the plugs are at a CRAPPY angle, there is more than enough room to manuever once the COP's come off.

The only plug that isn't easy to get off is #4 back on the pass. side.

Even it comes off w/o too much fighting.

I would run Autolite or Motorcraft platinum plugs the NGK are junk plugs most the time on Mustangs.
