Default Hoist

where is the best place to mount the engine hoist on a 4.6 sohc. i have removed everything except heads and block. someone on another forum told me bell housing bolts and alternator bolts???? will this hold???

You can take a couple of header bolts and some washers, and bolt it to the front of one head where you bolt the header and do the same on the other head but in the back.

i have exhaust manifolds right now. it will be alot of trouble to get one of the bolts out without the motor pulled as far as i know. ill take a look tho
