drivetrain going bad?
when driving my 96 gt with 113k miles i notice some noises coming from the drivetrain like the throw out bearing making a squeal when letting out the clutch and a vibrate/chatter pulling out or putting the gas on at low rpms.
also when just crusing and you slam on the gas and let off it feels jerky like something is worn out. my tlock only spins one wheel around a corner unless i use the clutch also.
what could be bad or going bad with my drivetrain? the car runs great and the clutch doesnt slip.
im looking to do 3:90's,rebuild my tlock, aluminum driveshaft, ram clutch and aluminum flywheel whenever i get the cash.

the chattering sounds like it could be a bad throwout bearing. mine chatters pretty bad at times, but now my car's so loud i can't hear it.
as for the tlock only spinning one wheel, mine did that from the time my car was new. i just put an eaton posi in there, never did bother rebuilding the stock differential (i was stepping up to a 31 spline setup anyway).
your descriptions are pretty vague so it's hard to pinpoint exactly what it is. do you have access to a lift? if so, get someone in the car to work the clutch pedal while you're underneath (car running of course). listen to the front of the transmission and you should be able to tell pretty easily if it's your throwout bearing making the noises.

im pretty sure your right the chattering and squeeling is from the throw out bearing.
thats the best i can explain my problems.
when crusing if i slam on the gas real quick i can feel the car jerk forward when you first step on it like somethings loose/worn out in the rear. thats the best i can explain it.
