TEKSID TIMING CHAIN GUIDE ISSUES USING ROMEO PARTS
Before started my build I was told that all of my romeo parts would swap over to the teksid block. I go to put my tensioners on today and the teksid block does not use dowels like my romeo block. What timing parts do I need (guides, tensioners, hardware). The straight guides appar to line up but I don't know if I need new ones of those too.
Oh ok, I figured the threaded dowel would be a different size (because the hole is definately smaller) which would mean the guides wouldn't fit snug on them. Should I get the dowels from a Ford dealer or is there somewhere else I can get them?
Well if you get a chance click a pic cause I will be in the market for a built block soon and want to see what your talking about in case I use a teksid block.

The block is at my friends house so I can't get pics at the moment...bump for any more input/ info on places I can get the dowels.
