Default A/C won't blow out of dash vents.

I'm at the end of my rope with this thing. I can't get the A/C in my 98 Cobra to blow out of anywhere other than the "defrost" vents on top of the dash. In south Florida, that's just not cutting it because it's fogging up the damn window.

I have the dash apart and I've done everything I can think of up to swapping the HVAC controls altogether.

At one point I found some kind of plug in the yellow hose port.

Does anyone have an idea as to where else I can look? I really need to figure this out.

Thanks in advance guys,
Alan

I'm assuming you replaced the blower motor or found it? If that is operating correctly my next guess would be the tubing that leads to the vents.

You have a problem with the vacuum lines you are not getting any vacuum thats why it will only blow through the defrost all the other positions need vacuum (floor & vent) There is a vacuum plug behind the glove box it will have about 4-6 vacuum lines going into it see if you have vacuum there (if you have vacuum your problem is b/n there and the blend doors if you have no vacuum then your problem is from there to the engine compartment.) hope this helps
