Sorry tb recommendation is based on 2v, dont now about 4v.
I am for it, plus got my plumb/tb combo cheap

I already have twin 57mm tb. Would it be worth it for twin 65mm?

I know id gain more rwhp but does one need anything before hand to use it? or does it just work by plugging into your car. How do you know what tunes to use or not use?? Im just wondering. Thanks

Yes it is beneficial. You can easily tune yourself, but the best bet is to get a dyno/custom tune, too peak out your cars performance, which most performance shops can do. It is very user friendly, tells you what you are changing, you just should know what to change it to, or have a professional do it for you. Google will help you in making changes as well, but i recommend dyno tune.

OP - I would find yourself a good tuner in your area and once you install the throttle body on your car take it to your tuner to have him dyno tune it. Don't waste your time on canned tunes that come already installed on the Diablo and SCT tuners. Another thing you can do is just have your stock throttle body ported. Its really up to you.
