Did you disconnect the battery for 5-7 minutes to reset the KAM and force the PCM to learn new idle air trims?

You may need to reset the throttle stop screw back to get the closed TB ait bleeed back to where the PCM can better control the idle--here's how to do that...

A slight hang at 1100 to 1200 rpm while rolling to a stop is normal, to insure adequate p/s pressure for the braking system.

if it flucuates then check for leaks or your iac. If it just chills at 1200 then down to 750 and stays then let cpu figure it out. But yes, always unplug batt for while to reset for tb/plen exchange. Unplug batt for 15/20 min then plug. Sometimes it takes couple days of driving to relearn.
