My car has been acting up since the Pi head swap..Every now and then the fuel pump loses about half its fuel pressure...Also the volt hand drops when this happens too...Pulled the codes and got P0230 which is primary fuel circuit..If anyone can shine some light on my problem I would greatly appreciate it. It has blown the big fuse under the hood twice,the ccrm once..I checked the fuse its good..The ccrm is clicking so its good... I do have a Walbro 255 pump in the car and didnt have this problem with the stock pump..Could this be the problem??

possibly the pump, ive seen 4 pumps come shipped bad. 2 in mustangs, and 2 in gtos.

Some days it works fine.The next day it will either work half a** or the car wont even start due to no fuel..

the problems ive seen were while driving the car would run outta fuel and cut off.

and with the fuses blowing out, im assuming thats because its not gathering fuel and its putting a heavy load on the wiring. id send the pump back and ask for another one, if its not been very long. or buy a new one and try.

Thanks, I dropped the tank and the plug that goes on the outside of the fuel tanks is partially melted. I pulled the pump and one of the wires had a naked spot and I suppose it was grounding off. Im lucky my car didnt go boom.lol
