Default Plug change and running worse w/code????

Alright, I was running bosh +4 platinum plugs in the stang since I got it. It started loosing power recently and I figured it was time for a change in plugs (10k+ miles since last change). I bought NKG V-power resistor type to replace the boshes. Replaced the plugs and fired it up, everything seemed fine. Drove it to work the next morning and felt like there was a miss and my shifter was shaking like it was a seizure patient, but the response and power was back. Later on that day I popped two codes;
1: Catalytic Converter low spec bank 2 (had this code since I replaced the exhaust)
2: Bank 1 lean (the new, unexpected, and worrying one)

Im going to look at it later after it cools down to check the wires, re-gap plugs, and see if anything else could be causing this. Anyone have any idea what could be happening or causing the codes? As far as I know material discrepancies in the vehicle are as follows:
1: broken right side motor mount
2: Clunking noise when first moving in first or reverse, suspect pinion wear.
3: possible downstream bank 2 o2 sensor failure (figure its the cat code)
4: about due for oil change.

Thats it, idk if a injector failed in the left bank or what, but I just changed the plugs and it started happening, figure something with ignition, or just horrible timing for something else to fail. If anyone has an idea or knows what it would be let me know. I have to find my manual again for the gap spec so if you know it, or know a better one that works Im all ears. Thank you all in advance.

Check your injector harness while the car is running, pull the connectors off, see if the engine's idling changes (it should) and plug it back in and move to the next. If there is a problem with an injector solenoid or something you can isolate it this way (the bad one won't sound different when unplugged).
Edit: This won't necessarily mean that's what's wrong. It could be in your harness, could be anything really I'm just trying to give you a place to start and keep you from paying for diagnostics.

More likely you just have a bad connection to one of the injectors. I knocked one of mine loose when changing my plugs/coils so hopefully that's your problem. Caused me the same symptoms you're having.

Thanks rez, it was a loose connection on a couple injectors. Took her for a test drive after and so far shes running normal after resetting the computer. Im just happy I got lazy and didnt pull every plug looking for a bad one lol.
