Default camber bolts or camber plates?

i lowered my car with c springs and bilstien HD. do you think i need camber plates or bolts. i got my car aligned about 3 weeks after my suspension job and on the sheet it said that my camber was off by -2.0* left and right. what sound i get the plates or the bolts? also i got a bumpsteer kit. if i got the camber stuff done do you think i would still need to install the bumpsteer kit? thanks guys. any replys will help me out a lot because im not to sure on what to do!
