which would be More reliable?
An Inercooled vortech V3 or the CMS/trickflow head combo? just wondering since my car is my daily driver and noticing how many fast cars were at mustang week..i need to mod up lol

I would say having a Vortech on. The car will be as reliable as it is now with a good tune.
I really want heads/cams but I didn't do it yet mainly because I'm afraid I'll lose reliability being it is my daily driver. I know someone is going to say otherwise but that's just how I feel about it with my car.
Of course it also depends on what cams you are putting in.

Don't you wish you had all that bolt-on money back now? Aside from maybe the springs.....

the intake..yes..rest of the stuff no not really, i would have done it anyways.
I was thinking of the CMS cams and trick flows heads or Hitech cams and trickflow heads. and long tubes while i was in there.

nothing like what OX's car is. hopefully just a nice 350-400 hp daily driver untill i get out of college. i dont need a full out race car, just some..i mean alot more power while keeping driveability and reliability. i kinda want to stay naturally aspirated but then again im on a budget ( not a big one) and the Vortech would put me at my goals and over if i wanted as to where the cams/heads would get me there then i'd be done. im hoping with trickflows i can put down atleast 350 at the wheels..i'll probably decide when i see some real dyno numbers....
theres my book lol

I would do the blower. I would think you would have to get something like the TF heads, and some pretty big cams, to even equal the power you'll get with a good blower setup. Even then it won't be as fun to tool around in, because you'll have shifted the poweband upwards to create those higher numbers.
The fact that the blower won't change the internal dynamics of the motor is a plus for reliability and drivability as well.

i think i could install the blower but the heads and cams are outta my league. i just..for some reason..like the thought of being naturally aspirated and beating people. i really like the thought of a damn good running NA 2v...if there is such a thing lol
