Default How to tell which motor is in car?

I just bought a 97 GT. The previous owner had a used engine put in with lower miles. I am new to mustangs. How do you tell which motor is in it? It looks like a stock 4.6 to me but I can't tell if it's PI or non-PI.

I also checked the valve covers and the passenger side one has a date of 9/15/95 on it.
Thanks for any help
