Default freshen up transmission
i have an auto with 192xxx miles and im planning a 5.4 swap soon. what should i get done to make sure i dont have any problems with the added torque and eventually more hp? im planning on no more than 400-450hp/tq.

a 5spd swap! with that many miles you would need a full rebuild id imagine
