Default Bleeding the Master?

I read in my Haynes that it is possible, at 2 points at the master, to bleed it. I had to put a new rear caliper on my 2v, and the fluid got pretty low, I and just finished bleeding my lines and calipers at each bleed screw.

My pedal however still feels low. The brakes DO engage, just very low, and is almost impossible to stop abruptly. I was still thinking there was air in the lines.

Does anyone have any other info on bleeding the master? I'm scared I might have blown my master. But if its blown, will it still let me stop?

you bleed it just like you would the calipers, it takes some to get all the air out though. front screw=front brakes, rear screw=rear brakes
