Exclamation Help!!! Maximum Motorsports High Performance OEM Clutch Cable question...

I currently have a Steeda Adjustable Clutch Kit on my car and the cable broke on me for the second time since I got the kit 2 years ago. I'm tired of replacing the cable.

My question is, can I use an OEM clutch cable? American Muscle.com carries the Maximum Motorsports cable which says is OEM.

P.S. Anyone know the discount code for American Muscle.com

And you base this on what? I have run quality adjustable cables in every mustang I have owned… that being 7 so far.

In some applications you have no choice because the stock cable is too short. For example any twin disk setup.

I have a feeling you “heard” someone else claim this and took it to be fact.

The best cable's by far are the ''oe" ones. You will be fine using the MM oem adjustable cable. I put one in a couple months ago part # CL-9 oem.

Is that adjustable? The description doesn't say it is.
