Default 1999 gt hard to put into 1st

i have a 99 gt with a centerforce df,pro 5.0 short throw, jeggs cable, firewall adjuster and quadrent i put in about 2000 miles ago also changed the fluid about 500 miles ago when i'm stopped its hard to shift into any gear when the car is running.the clutch is adjusted right 1/8 to 1/4 play when released even tried taking the play out.the clutch engages about 2 inches from floor and starts to release about 1-2 inches from top it only happens when the car is warm.could the cable be shot or the stock fork be the problem?thanks for any input.

Did you over/under fill the fluid when you changed it possibly?

lol thanks for the compliments man. Im glad I could help with your COP issue. Im not a mechanic or anything, I just do my best to pay attention to information learned here, and I know my way around a tool box. I didn't know half of what I do now about these cars at this time last year even. And I still have a VERY loong way to go before I will feel like I really know my sh*t lol.

Could be a number of things. Some as stated above and I will add this....... possible rear main seal or trans input shaft front seal leaking. If oil contaminates the clutch disc and flywheel surface, the disc will stick to the flywheel even if you are dis-engaging the clutch.
