Default Is this a bad wheel bearing?

At low speeds I've been noticing a tick tick tick noise that varies with the speed of the car..almost sounds somewhat like a flat tire type of sound. Then today I noticed while the car is completely stopped if I turn the wheel to the left it makes this same sound. Does this sound like a bad bearing? Oh, also...first thing int he morning when Im backing out it does make a slight groaning/squeal. Are these front hub assemblies pretty easy to change out?

Does the car rock up and down at low speeds just like if you had a flat tire and you were trying to roll on it?

could be tie rods or ball joints. if it is the bearings just go to a shop just got mines done on friday and it cost 45 bucks. if you wanna do it yourself you would need basic tools to remove brakes, rotors, and then i think you will need a 36mm socket to get the hub off its torqued on pretty good its set like at 230+ ft lbs just take to a shop!

The fact that it makes a noise when turning the steering wheel while stopped could be indicative of this problem...
