I've been lookin for an upgrade in fuel, tryin to price up some options. Im going to be going single turbo, and want to push 400-415 rwhp. now, i've heard that with 42lb injectors (have em in storage) and a 255 pump i should be fine. not really sure, i know very little about the fuel system other than returnless vs return style basically. i'd love to convert to a sump tank. anyone know what it would cost to have someone weld a sump on? i've been to glenns performance, but i cant really justify dumping another 1000 into a fuel system for 400hp.

also, not sure wether it makes a difference for inline pumps vs intake pumps? tryin to think cost effective here.

A 255lph pump will be enough, and 42lb injectors will be ok. you might want to get bigger fuel rails. as for the sump, it is usually 150.00 for the sump and 150.00 to weld it in. but then you need all the lines and everything. and that isnt needed for 400 RWHP.

Make sure you get a returnless style pump

you could use a svt focus or ford gt pump as well.

Just get a svt focus pump and 42 lb injectors.Going return would be way more than its worth if your only running 400-450 hp.

i run the focus pump with 42's and b.a.p and i am at 78% duty cycle at 418hp
