I have a 2002 Mustang 4.6L and i want to give it a power boost so i was thinking of putting in a Supercharger or turbocharger. i have not decided which one would be best. please let me know if you have any advice as for which one i should be looking for or a brand of turbo or supercharger that is good. i want a reliable/good one but i was also trying to keep the price as low as possible. thanks

if price is a concern, a vortec s/c kit will be your best bet. for a stock engine neither is better because most kits will supply more power than your engine can handle. like lizzy said search on the forum for a $1500 diy s/c kit or look for a used one on the classifieds or ebay.

It uses your stock header so you do not have to worry about the cheap 304ss headers cracking on the hotside. Several guys on the Corral have had great results with this kit and are making some good power. Something for you to look into!

Yeah, check out Corral.net, under the turbo section. They have several articles on it. If he made one for my year, I'd be all over it. Sadly, all I have is a Vortech Supercharger :P
