Normal driving for maybe 15 minutes with the heat on the entire time. I come to my garage, and leave the car to idle for a second with the brake up. Turn off the heat, car almost stalls out. Turn the heat back on, the RPMs rise. Why?

Sounds like your idle may need to be re-learned. Disconnect your battery for 10 or 15 then turn the car on and just let it idle, without touching the gas.
