cool, Ill try that, its so weird that an exhaust leak can sound so crazy....

*update- I took the car in for an exhaust leak check and wouldnt you know, they said it was my EGR valve that was loose and "leaking" causing the click/spitting sound. They tighten it up and now barley any sound at all. its still kind of there but they said besides that everything looks good, so I figure its just the headers....
