I think most cars after the early 90's have r-134A. The newest car I've personally seen with R-12 is my buddy's 1990 Lincoln LSC. Not sure on the exact year when every car used 134, but the 96 definately has 134.

1994 was the first year of 134A IIRC. I had a 93 300zx that still used R12.
