Default Question about wheel spacers for Weld wheels??

I have an 01' GT that I have a set of Weld Pro-Star wheels for, the rear wheels clear fine but the front skinny's need spacers. I am planning on going to the track on Friday night, so I ordered three different size spacers just to be sure. The place I bought them from said, they would refund me for the two sets I do not use. My question is: Who out there has a 99-04 GT with weld wheels on the front, and what was the smallest size spacer you could use on the front?! Please help me out, I am running out of time for making the track Friday night.

Thanks.....

Be careful running spacers on stock lug-bolts. I recommend you have at LEAST 8 full threads on the lugs. Some are OK with less, but I think this is minimum to be safe.

The easiest way to tell how much a spacer you need is to install 1/2" worth of washers on 3 lugs and snug the wheel in place. Spin it around and measure the clearance between calipers and such. You will want to have a minumum of 1/8" clearance to obstructions.

As long as you run 1.367" Shank length lugs you can run spacers. I am running a 7/16 and had to grind the caliper a bit
Same for the Edge 99-04

I run draglites... 7/16 spacer, stock lugs for now, I DD it, no issues yet its been about 6 months. I have every intention on getting 3in studs all the way around tho
