quess i fugged up somewhere somehow.

I have taken all 8 coil packs off no water in plug holes. Checked every electrical plug i could see....

What am i missing....... idles rough and skips just like it did when a COP went bad.

I'm sure you got water in a place you shouldn't have

Did you cover things up? Water could have got through the air filter, COPs could have got wet. Did you take them apart and inspect them or just take them out and check the for sitting water? Also unplug the MAF and see if that got wet. This happened to me and it went away after a day.

took apart and blew with air...... everything looked good. MAF looked good....

There was a thread like this not too long ago with hpwrestler. I think it just basically went away....sorta. Maybe he'll find this thread

I think he had a bad coil pack after , bought some on ebay and it was fix.

If you haven't already and wanted to, you could take apart the COPs and check for water. Cliffy sent me a PM about this and said the COPs are easy to take apart and dry. In time the water will evaporate but you don't want that because that is bad on the COPs.

i did the same thing a few weeks ago no water that i could see on the coil but it was still a little warm and i killed one of them you may wanna check your coil packs again my bet is you killed one

water doesnt belong in the engine bay, thats why we have hoods.You should hand clean your engine bay without pouring water on everything
