How do I flush/replace the power steering fluid
#2
I believe the best way is to follow the hose down from the reservoir to where it meets the pump area. Around there at about the lowest point in the system there is hex head fitting (I think). If you loosen it, fluid will just start to drain out. Once it's drained, tighten it back up, fill the top with fluid and then purge the system of air. To do that, you need to work the steering wheel all the way to it's limit 2 or 3 times. Turn all the way left, then back all the way right, then left, then right. More you do it, more likely to get all the air out. Then make sure the level is high enough and you should be good.
